Booking & Cancellation Policy

We require a credit card to secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to the following:

• No-Shows: May be charged up to 100% of the service price.
• Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled. Charges may still apply.
• Consultations: Extensions, color correction, and chemical services may require an in-person consultation.

Gift Card Terms

• Gift cards never expire.
• No service fees apply.
• In California, balances under $10 can be redeemed for cash upon request.
• Not refundable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
• Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
